    Hi.
    I have a suggestion to update the plugin.
    Include an option for the link to open on the same or different page (tab). Currently only opens on a different page.

    Thanks a lot for your feedback!

    The underlying AMP format that powers Web Stories actually enforces opening links in new tabs, while page attachments are enforced to open in the same tab, allowing consistent user experience for Web Stories across the web.
