"Open link in new window"

first, congratuations for the good work you are doing.

But I’ve a probem with the option “Open link in new window”. I’ve checked it and … it doesn’t open the target in a new window, or a new tab ??

You can verify this on the right of the page, “Télécharger le programme …”, on the website “https://www.alsarando.fr/”

So, what can I do for this ?
