Open Link In New Tab Toggle

Once my website gets automatically updated to version 6.3 Lionel, I noticed something bothersome in the Editor. When I add a web link, I can’t find the toggle options to open it in a new tab, mark it as a sponsor, or make it a no-follow link. Now, if I want to do any of these things, I have to first add the URL and then click a collapsible button to see these choices. This feels like a less user-friendly experience and it also takes up more of my time.
