Open link in new tab >>> doesn’t show up

ive added a link “RESERVAR“, as you can see in menu, header section

it goes to: https://wa.me/59172244440 , but open in the same tab ((

my theme is NEVE for wordpress. And i dont have/ see the option:
Open link in new tab

Any body knows why ? or how to solve this issue?
