We try a short code and a html. problem its the same.

Looking at your page source it appears that there is a script loading called ‘magnific popup’ I am not familiar with divi theme or this script, but there may be a conflict if this script acts on elements with the same ‘popup’ class as alligator popup.
To investigate this, try temporarily switching to a default theme such as twenty-seventeen to see whether the conflict is due to this script or another in the theme.
If this is not a theme issue, you can investigate the possibility of a plugin conflict by deactivating all other plugins temporarily.
If the magnific popup script included in the theme is the cause of the issue and if it is not required on the page the theme author should be able to tell you how to prevent that script from being included on the page.
