Yes, i experienced that as well. In my side, I think basically it works for webkit based browser except Google Chrome

Used to work but on recent update to latest WordPress and latest plugin version stopped working (at least on Windows11 Edge/Chrome).

I have the latest WordPress 6.6.1 but have gone back to version 3.0.1 of this plugin (the version just before it was altered to deal with block editor – we are still on the Classic Editor) which works fine on WordPress 6.5.4 but also doesn’t open link in a new tab on WP6.6.1 at least on Windows11 Edge/Chrome. This bug is preventing us from moving to the latest WordPress.

Looks like this is part of Easylist (https://easylist.to/easylist/easylist.txt) which is (could be) part of many adblockers:
