  • Click on edit on your post click on the image and you will see two icons one to edit and one delete click on edit in pop up
    scroll down and tick on
    Open link in a new window

    and update.

    https://www.domain.com_blank? Did the code formatter did something to your link? or is that actually the url you gave?

    The ‘_blank’ part of the domain name indicates that you edited something in the ‘html’ view and messed up the formatting. I would suggest removing the image from the post, then add it again from the media gallery, and select the ‘open in new window’ option from there.
