    Hello.
    After adding an image from the library to the article, when the link option is selected as “Link to image file” and “Open in new tab”, the image does not open in a new tab when clicked.

    If you have enabled the theme’s lightbox, you need to disable it.
    To disable the lightbox, please navigate to the WP Dashboard > Appearance > Customizer > General Options > Performance and “disable” the Lightbox.

    Note: I saw you are using a cache plugin, please clear its cache contents or disable them to see your changes.

    <font _mstmutation=”1″></font>Hello, Mr. Sahin. i don’t use a lightbox. I’m using the Litespeed cache plugin. I cleaned it, but the result is the same. Note: When I change the theme, the image opens in the new tab.

    So it seems it’s a plugin conflict. For troubleshooting, please do the following steps and let us know the results:

    0. Enable the primary theme(if you are using a child theme).
    1. Head over to WP Dashboard > Plugins.
    2. Deactivate all plugins.
    3. Then, first, activate Ocean Extra plugin.
    4. Check your issue.
    5. Then, activate your plugins one by one
    6. After activation of any plugins, check your issue

    Note 1: You can try troubleshooting on the staging website/or on a fresh installation and ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and plugins(before updating, please get a full backup from your website).

    Note 2: If you have any cache plugin or server cache(CDN / Browser Cache and Cookies and …), you need to clear its cache contents or disable them to see your changes. Also, remember to click on the regenerate all assets file and data in Elementor > Tools(if you have Elementor).

    Based on the video you’ve shared, I’ve checked the issue.
    After disabling the lightbox, I saw no popup on my end for image blocks- which I’ve explained here.
    But since you aren’t using the lightbox and the issue persists, we need to know how we can reproduce the issue on a fresh installation.

    Hello Mr. ?ahin. When I said I don’t use Lightbox, I meant that I didn’t have a plugin installed. I didn’t know about this option in the theme. Now I disabled it from the theme option and the problem is solved. Thank you very much for your help.
