Open Graph title and description not showing correctly

I have OpenGraph enabled and the social title and description set for the home page but it is not displaying correctly in Facebook.
Using Facebook’s Debugger tool, the og:title and og:description that is pulling in there are not what is set on the site, and viewable in the source code.
Any ideas?
