open graph tags on home page not working

Hi,
First let me say that this plugin is the only one that worked to get FB open graph tags working on my website, so way to go on a great plugin! ??
I do have a problem that needs to be fixed, however. The tags are not showing on my home page (they show on all my other pages).
Here are the pages where the open graph tags are working, showing both the thumbnail and the first few lines of text. You can see both if you let your mouse hover over the green “Share” button at the bottom of each post to the right of my “hearts, annie xo” signature:
