Open Graph Setting and Publisher Setting

Nope, not normal at all. Sounds like jQuery might not be running.

On the other settings pages, there are question mark images next to every option — when you put your cursor over those images, is there a help box that pops up?

General page – Meta List’s question mark not pop up.
Advanced page – all question mark had pops up.
Social Buttons page – all question mark pops up.
Social Style page – all question mark not pop up.
Twitter toggle can open.
Pinterest toggle can open.
Tumblr toggle can open.
LinkedIn toggle can open.
StumbleUpon toggle can open.

I upgraded to Pro, but have no option appearing for “Settings” where I can enter my Transaction ID to activate it. Help!

Sound slike it’s a jQuery issue — for some reason, WP is not loading it’s jQuery code. Hm.

Normally, when we define some code in WP that depends on jQuery, WP is supposed to load it (first).

Which version of WP are you using?

I modified the jQuery declarations in 6.2.2, to specifically include WP’s jQuery. This shouldn’t make any difference (since WP is supposed to load it anyway), but might in your case. Would you mind un-installing and reinstalling v6.2.2?

BTW, you should probably check the “Preserver on Uninstall” option o the Advanced settings page. ??

I can’t access the admin side, so can’t really debug this for you.

About the only thing I can think of is that there’s another plugin overwriting WP’s jQuery with it’s own, and it’s not compatible (too old perhaps).

You’ll have to try disabling all other plugins, one by one, and see if/when that NGFB settings page displays properly (those two metaboxes will show a set of tabs).

I entered my Transaction ID in Advanced Settings, but it still does not allow me to access the features associated with Pro. It still tells me to upgrade to Pro.

Hi JS,

I’m using Use Google Libraries Plugin to overwriting WP’s jQuery.

A Javascript libraries from Google’s AJAX Libraries CDN.

Hope might help to debug this.

When you disable that plugin, and others, does the tabbed layout appear on the NGFB settings pages?
