Open Graph not working

I am also having trouble with my Open graph. I have a multi site and the plugin works 100% for my other sites but not for this one (in a away). I have bother pages and a custom post type (that is registered public => true). On the pages the open graph works fine but on my portfolio custom post types it automatically redirects (301) to the archive page and image on Facebook. I really need help as we are ramping up our social media exposure (specially on Facebook).

After reviewing the code for your site, you are outputting multiple copies of the Twitter tags. This can cause problems when sharing content as Twitter will not always pull the data entered in our plugin.

Please disable plugins or theme functions that add OpenGraph, Twitter or other social media tags. If you are unsure what is adding the additional tags, please run a conflict check following the steps here: How To Check For Plugin Conflicts

Thanks, i’ve disable all plugin except jetpack (for publizing) and yoast, also set default theme (twenty four), when publishing new post OpenGraph and Twitter card worked well

But the problem is when featured image added, OpenGraph and Twitter card doesnt work well

@djafa I’ve ran a few of your URLs through the Facebook debugger and they are using the image defined in the source code. Please provide links to a few pages on your site that are not working and the image URL that you expect to be shared on Facebook and Twitter.

Here i’ve edited.
I’ve no problem with sharing a published post, open graph and twitter card worked well.
The problem is when publishing a new post.
I’ve set default featured image on Yoast setting, if I don’t change, open-graph and twitter-card worked well
but if I change default featured image (I configure on an individual post before publishing), open-graph and twitter-card not worked well as should be
