Open Graph Integrator for 7.6.5.1 – Help!

I had questions especially about the Open Graph Integrator, but the instructional video is outdated and missing info. For example, the “Settings” tab isn’t in the version used for the video. What do the settings mean and which is best (pros/cons)?

Alter the code to validate as HTML5Also, under the “Sitewide Values” tab, what do all those “Twitter Card Tags” mean? Should I use them? What’s with the stuff to the side? What do I enter, if anything? My blog posts to my own personal twitter account, so should I use the “@username of website,” “Same as twitter:site, but the user’s Twitter ID,” “@username of content creator,” or “Twitter user ID of content creator”?
As you can see, there’s many features the video doesn’t address, and these questions aren’t answered in the “Help” tab at the top. I wish there was an updated tutorial or wiki guide.
