Open floor plan in lightbox

Why does the floor plan open in a new tab instead of opening with the lightbox?

I have added the floor plan image, linked to the media file.
Is it possible to use lightbox on floor plan from button?

The floor plan opens in a new tab but I’m not using the function epl_button_target_floorplan. Does the floor plan open in a new tab by default?

I am using Neve theme
the lightbox-photoswipe plugin (galleries work)
and easy property listings, version: 3.4.43
