Open custom links in a new tab in footer

  • Hi,

    I need some help opening in new tab adding the code to my footer.

    It works but in same frame; i don’t know how the code for in new frame and the place.
    This is my code:

    Does anyone can help me with this ‘easy’ caser/issue.
