Open/close icons not showing on live site

    Nice accordion but I can’t get the open/close icons to show on my page, they show in preview.
    Numbers work but icons are invisible on the page – any suggestions?

    Also where is the setting to make the accordion load in a closed state?

    Thank you very much for contacting us and hope you doing well.

    We checked your site a couple of times and sorry to say, unable to find our shortcode on your page. Maybe you remove it from your page.

    Most of the time this type of issue comes from the font-awesome library as there have no font-awesome files on your sites. Most of the site comes with font-awesome files, so we create a manual option to avoid site loading as duplicate library.

    Kindly go into our accordions settings page and set font-awesome load “yes”.

    Once you active it hopefully your icon will load at regular page also font-awesome will load only those page where you added our shortcode.
