Here is something that might be a problem for me. I’m using Anywhere Elementor to style my posts. So I am creating new post content in the standard WordPress editor. Is it possible to call an elementor popbox from a non-elementor page (or post) created in the regular WordPress editor? Or do you have to use the popbox button, which means you can only call it from a page (or post) made with elementor? If so, that’s a strong limitation for people who are using Anywhere Elementor (like me) to style their posts and pages.

I hope I’m missing something here. It would be a shame if elementor popboxes can only be used with elementor pages. That leaves half the WordPress possibility out in the cold. (Particularly the design and use of Anywhere Elementor as I understand it.)

    Please advise. Thanks.

    Hell @zydanielson,

Thank you for your inquiry and for bringing the this to my attention. It’s not currently possible to do that but since AE uses Elementor I’ll definitely take a look to see what can be done to accommodate.

Having said that, this may not be possible until the new year as there are big changes coming to Elementor around January/February which will change how the whole design workflow works. Suffice to say, there may not be the need to use AE for designing the mentioned areas!

I’m marking as resolved for now and adding the request on the TODO list pending Elementor v2.0 release.

Well, 4 months and 1 week later, Elementor v2.0 release is out now, did anything change or is AE and link/class activation still missing?

He marked it resolved… maybe start a new thread?
