What version of WordPress are you using? On that other thread you linked to, the cause of the original problem was that the poster was using an old version of WordPress. Also, are you using WPML? Also, are you sure that your issues with https are related to updating our plugin?

No, I’m not using WPML – I don’t know that plugin. Maybe trouble not with WPML.

In order to troubleshoot this for you we will need administrator access to your WordPress site and FTP access to your server. This could be an issue with your server or WordPress configuration or it could be a bug with All in One SEO Pack. This is not something that we can replicate here so it looks to be unique to your server and site config.
