    Hello @technichdml

    Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.
    As you can see in the screenshot the Opcode Cache Opcode: Zend Opcache is selected. This is read-only which means that the installed module is enabled and available.
    As for the other modules, you need to install Alternative PHP Cache (APC / APCu) as Zend Opcache is not a caching module for Page Caching, DB Caching, Object Caching etc.
    Again, You need to install the Alternative PHP Cache (APC / APCu) PHP module to be able to use it.

    Hi, okay i got it so basically opcode is only for basic php file caching.
