Opacity on pages and posts

This is a great plugin and is working well on my site. In a previous post you said that using the “Custom Stylesheet” option available in each image set, you can change the appearance of you page / post on which the background is displayed. This includes adding transparency to the page/post.
Are you able to suggest what code I could use to add 70% opacity to my pages and posts so that the background shows through?
