opacity not saved//saved background changes

hey folks.
2 reocurring problems with elementor free version,

1)
inserted a pic block, then a pic, then changed opacity, size, frame etc,
then saved the changes, but each time i view the page in a new tab,
opacity is back to 100%, going back to elementor, it is still correct.
size and all the rest as well it seems

2)same with the background pic. in elementor the pic i wanna have there is shown,
in the site a pic from another subpage. back in elementor correct image.

what’s wrong here…?
