Opacity for the Header Background not working

  • I adjusted the “Opacity for the Header Background” down to 0.2, and it shows correctly in my live preview, but on the live site, it shows as 100% opaque. I’ve changed and saved it multiple times, but no matter what opacity I use it always shows as 100%.

    Is there a fix for this?
