Oops…unable to add subscriber

  • I have the same issue, as in this topic – can’t subscribe by the form any more. Also adding new user directly from admin stopped working. What was the issue?

    Can you elaborate on the db issue (as it seems to be known)? I can’t grant you access to the site, but I would appreciate some help in debugging.
