    Hello,

We are using WP Ecommerce 3.8.13.3. When we are logged into admin, we can add a product, and click checkout to proceed through the checkout process. However, when viewing the site as a guest (not logged in), when we add a product to cart, then click checkout, it shows “Oops, there’s nothing in your cart.

We then tested adding an item to the cart, then continue shopping. When we navigate to another shop page, the cart shows we have nothing in our cart. So it seems that when you are NOT logged in, the add to cart function is not completing.

Can we get someone to please help fix this issue? We are in a time crunch with certain items for sale in our store.

    Thank you!

Having the same issue on our webstore.

    WPEC 3.8.13.3 / WP 3.8.1 / Storefront Chronology theme 1.0.7

On Mac, FF works properly, but Safari & Chrome do not – they don’t add to cart and go right to the “oops….” for checkout.

On Windows, Chrome, FF, and IE all work as expected.

It doesn’t appear to be a log-in v. log out issue on the site, but it’s concerning that sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t.

The only issue I can think of would be a server issue with issues saving sessions. You would need to check in with your hosting support to find out if sessions are being saved properly.

Doubtful but you could also check for conflicts with other plugins by disabling all non store plugins… You might also need to check if your theme itself is causing a conflict. Switch to a wordpress default theme and clear the store template cache in the store settings.

    Then test your store.

    Regards
    Edward
