• Hi,

My client’s recently emailed me that he’s getting a “Oops, there is nothing in your cart.” message when going to the checkout after adding a product to his shopping cart. I haven’t changed anything on the site in a long time, and all the client has done is run updates whenever prompted to within WordPress.
I’ve seen a bunch of threads already covering this from about a year ago, but nothing in those posts has helped resolve it. Can you please help? He’s running Version 3.9.1 of Wp Ecommerce.
    Shop url is: https://www.pterodactylhelicopters.com.au/buy-online/

    Cheers,
    Min

  • Check the database for errors and repair the tables.

Thanks for the suggestion, but due to lack of time to troubleshoot and the client needing a working shop, it was faster for me to switch him over to WooCommerce.
