    Hi,
Installed UM; did the settings and the menu structure and it all worked like a charm. This morning I logged in to tweak some more and now I am receiving an error page for some of the pages. It says:

“Oops! That page can’t be found.

It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try one of the links below or a search?”

This happens on the following pages:

…/index.php/user/username/ (I have changed the actual user name into “username”) (this occurs for the current user profile as well as for profiles of other users)

…/index.php/account/privacy/ (after changing the privacy settings and clicking the confirmation button)

Can you please advise me? Thanks!

Never mind. There was a conflict with Event Calendar WD. I have removed the calendar and now it works again. Thanks

    Amazing plug-in, by the way!

    hi,
i’m still facing that problem. i dont have any other plugin installed except ultimate member yet i still get error with single user profile directory. …/index.php/user/username/

    Hi,

Can you please change to post name permalink option and test again?

    Thanks

hi thanks i have been able to see the real problem after resetting to default settings, it worked just fine. but now it conflicts with one plugin WP Real Estate plugin by HozyAli. if this plugin is activated, then the page not found comes again. Mean while i cant do away with the WP Real estate plugin because it is the main plugin for my site

How can i make both Ultimate member and WP real estate plugins work together because i need both of them.

    Hi,

Can you please turn on ‘Stop rewriting rules on every load’ in WP Admin > Ultimate Member > Settings > Advanced ?

See if this removes the rewriting rule conflict with WP Real Estate plugin.

    Regards,
