    Hi Mermonkey,

Can you try to debug first by using the steps listed in this article? Often, following this process solves the problem. If it doesn’t for you, please get back to us and we’ll help you out further!

I am experiencing the same issue. I installed and activated the plugin and entered the MailChimp API key and left all settings to default. Then I added the form to the sidebar. When I tested it, the error message “Oops. Something went wrong. Please try again later.” appears.

    Is there anything I’m missing?

Never mind. I figured it out.

    Hi roxtycity,

Your problem is different from the ones mentioned above. Could you open a new ticket please? Thank you!

Hello, I have the same problem as sokergruppen.
I checked everything you are referring to but unfortunately I still get the message “Oops. Something went wrong. Please try again later.”
