We added PayPal to the events tickets. When we add a ticket quantity and then click Get Tickets it says “Oops, no tickets!” I’ve excluded cache on the checkout page and the order complete page through the host and WP Rocket.

I’ve tried in payment test mode and live. What am I missing?

    Hi @crushingpixels,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I hope you’re doing well.

Do you have a link where I can see this happening? It sounds really strange. The elements for checkout should be stored on the “tec-tc-cookie” used on the checkout page. Do you get to see that parameter when you’re at checkout? Have you tried to deactivate other plugins to see if it’s due to a compatibility issue?

    Best,
    Juan.

    Hi again,

We haven’t heard from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved. Feel free to start a new thread if you have any more questions!

    Best,
    Juan.

Hi I’m having this same issue at the minute, did anyone find the resolution.

Tried everything. Woocommerce is disabled and payment gateway configured.

    Just says this.

    Oops, no tickets!
Please browse events and add tickets to check out.

If I remember correctly mine was a caching issue and I needed to exclude the checkout page and the event page from caching.
