Oops! New update broke my site

Wow! I have just activated this (I normally don’t activate new updates till after a few weeks of the new release), and it completely dis-arranged my entire site.

Conflict with Related Posts Thumbs in particular, and my sidebar vanished.
I have disabled it now to allow my site to function properly.

Hopefully this can be resolved so that I can activate back the plugin.
