That looks like you have enabled the cookie based brute force feature and that is how it is suppose to work. It redirects you to 127.0.0.1 unless you are providing your secret key (that you specified when activating that feature).

First, Please restore the htaccess file so you are back to square 1:

Next, don’t go and enable all the advanced features without reading all the info on how they work. We have tried to give a lot of info for each of the feature and what it does. If something is not clear let us know and we will try to clarify it.

OK – I got thing work again, but in Firewall dashboard it shows that all things are still activated. Do I need uninstall plugin and install it or it rewrites automatically everything?

You can uncheck the features that you don’t want and when you save it, it will re-write everything.
