onsale shortcode showing regular price product

    Hello,

    I’m using woocommerce and wpml for a website and i have a page setup that shows on sale products.
    I’m having an issue with a product that had it’s sale price set in the products listing using the quick edit feature and then the sale price was removed but the product is still showing up on the sales page where the onsale shorcode is added.

    I’ve tried re-setting and deleting the sale price on the product edit page on all languages but the product still appears on the sales page with only regular price set.

    Apart from deleting the product and creating it again, what can i do to fix this ?

    Hi there,

    I’m not sure why the sale price is sticking around. It might be a caching problem. I would recommend clearing any caching your site is using. Also, you can try clearing the transients from the WooCommerce > Status > Tools page.

    Thanks for the tip! I’ve cleared the transients and also used the “regenerate product lookup tables” just to be sure and it seems the issue is solved.
