Onpage.Org And Semrush Showing All My Homepage Links Are Internal

Hello guys,
I recently checked my website errors on Onpage Org website and the report shows that some of my links on homepage are nofollow. Try to make them dofollow. I dont know how to do them coz there is not any option available in my theme. AN i have also tried some plugins.
I am using SCHEMA theme on wordpress version 4.5.3 with SEO Yoast Plugin.
