• Hi,

I’ve created a website using WordPress with the Astra theme and the free Real Estate 02 template (https://wpastra.com/templates/real-estate-02/). Everything seems to be functioning well except for the contact form. Submissions aren’t being received either by email or in the WordPress backend.

I’m unsure where the error lies, and I’d prefer to avoid using another plugin to create the contact form as it might affect the current template’s style.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Since you’re using the Astra theme with the Real Estate 02 template, it’s likely that WPForms was installed as the default contact form plugin. Sometimes, notifications may not be set up by default, which could explain why you aren’t receiving form submissions by email or seeing them in your WordPress backend.

To fix this, I’d recommend following WPForms’ guide on setting up form notifications:?WPForms?Notification?SetupGuide. This guide walks you through configuring email notifications to ensure you receive each submission directly to your inbox.

P.S. Entries are not directly stored in WPForms Lite
Entries are available through email notifications. If you enable Entry Backups, you can restore them once you upgrade to WPForms Pro.

    Hope this helps! ???
