• I’ve been paying for this plugin for years, and it has never worked properly. Initially, plugin support attributed issues to my hosting, but even after switching to premium hosting from Kinsta, the plugin still doesn’t work well. Processing larger quantities of images at once is a particular issue for this plugin. Support has given up on solving the issue. Unfortunately, I’ve never been able to find a comparable plugin, so for now, I have to make do with the ability to put only 5 files at a time into a rename queue.

    We actually don’t give up easily ?? Can you tell me a bit more about who you are in the support, so that I can find you?

    Also, it would be great to see some love in your reviews too. I have noticed they’re basically all 1-star. I checked because I had a hunch about it based on this review. We developers don’t work well under pressure and negative comments, but most of us are eager to fix issues, especially when they’re related to our products. With a bit of love, it’s always easier.

    You also mentioned you bought the plugin; if it didn’t work for years, why not asking for a refund? I never ever refused a refund. And usually, when it doesn’t work, I myself offer it.
