Only works on the homepage

On the website anwsol.com, the plugin only works on the homepage. What could be the issue?
I made sure that the
<?wp_footer(); ?>was right before the</body>tag in footer.php and that the<?php wp_head(); ?>was right before the</head>in the header.php page.
