Only works for search form

Hey there my problem is when i type the url of mywebsite it loads ages like 8 secs and i want that the header and footer get loaded first.
When i search something in the search field it fades out and the ldoing thing comes on. But not when i enter the website.
hope you understand what i mean. :S
