Only works for logged in users

It works great for logged in users but for visitors who are not logged in the page stalls on loading…
All plugins are up to date.
The console shows 2 Ajax errors that are not there for logged in users.jquery.js,qver=1.12.4-wp.pagespeed.ce.Se3M6i57qY.js:4 GET https://rotherhamrespiratory.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=eventorganiser-posterboard&page=1&query%5Bposts_per_page%5D=20 500

The standard output from event organiser works OK, the error only occurs when outputting using the posterboard plugin.
