    Hello Luca,
This is intentional. The plugin switches between two modes: street + nr + suffix for dutch addresses and the default address fields for international addresses. MyParcel only accepts full addresses for countries outside of the Netherlands – export should therefor work already.

    Hope that helps!

    Thanks for the swift reply!

When I try to export the order, I get this error: “1610 validation error, Dit veld mag niet leeg zijn”

Are the postcode, city and first/lastname fields filled in? If it is, please send an email to [email protected], they should be able to help (I don’t have a list of error codes, this error comes from the MyParcel server, not the plugin).

    Ok thanks, I’ll contact them!

    Hi there,

Sorry to say, this problem occurs again… Maybe it has to do with the wordpress/woo update?

For Dutch addresses this is working perfectly! But with other countries, the street name, number and suffix fields don’t show up. Therefor, I can not export these orders because they don’t have these fields filled out in the backend. Please advise.

    Thanks!

    Hi Elwin,
Please send an email to [email protected], they should be able to help (I don’t have a list of error codes, this error comes from the MyParcel server, not the plugin).

With the new MyParcel system there have been a few hickups (this morning I saw some errors from MyParcel when exporting), I think this is one of them. The street name, number and suffix fields are not used for foreign orders.
