Only works after visiting the cart

    Hi there, thanks for the plugin first of all.

    It is only working if first I visit the cart page, if I go directly to the checkout page, it does not apply the discount, any idea what is causing this or the plugin is supposed to work this way?

    Hello,

    Thank you for kind words.

    In initial versions, the plugin had discount auto applied on checkout to this scenario. However, that resulted many users issue that if the user does not qualify or have any coupons then on page load they will see unncecessary coupon warning that it was not applied.

    Let me know if this clarifies.

    Hi Vidish! Thanks for good plugin.

    Is there any workaround?

    In my case: lots of customer registred on cart checkout. So promo code is not applied in this case. So promocode is applied only if client is already registred and logged in before he checkout.

    So we need to cancel the order and recreate one.

    I have added following features to plugin version 1.5 and released it! Hope you will like it:

    – Auto apply discount coupon for logged in users on Cart & Checkout both
    – Enable First Order Discount feature for guests as well
