• When logged into my site, the filters are working perfectly, but when not logged in the aren’t working at all.

When I’m not logged in and I select a filter, I get the following message:
“No products were found matching your selection.”

But if I use the same filer, or copy and paste the URL to a browser where i’m logged into the site, the filters work fine. Any Ideas?

I’m using the latest versions of WordPress, WooCommerce and all plugins. AJAX filtering is turned on.

    Cheers!

    Hi there,
do you use a cache system, or any system of file optimisation, on your site? Have you tried the plugin with only a WordPress default theme and WooCommerce active?
Just to be sure that the issue is due or not to a conflict with another component of your site.
    Let us know.

    Thanks for your reply.

We’ve disabled all plugins other than WooCommerce and the YITH AJAX Filter and reverted to the TwentyNinteen theme but are having the same problem.

We a user is logged in, the filters work fine. When you’re not logged in the filters always display the message ‘No products were found matching your selection.’

    Thanks!

    Hi there,
    thank you for your reply.
Please make this test for us.
Once you apply a filter, the url of your browser change, including all parameters of filters applied. That url is build following WooCommerce standard, so no customisation by the plugin on that.
Please reload the page with the url you have obtained after filter and check if the problem persists.
If yes, the problem is not relative to the plugin.
    We’ll wait for your feedback.
