• Hi,

I was wondering if you could clear something up. We are looking for a responsive image plugin that will work retroactively on already-embedded images. As it reads, the changelog indicates that this plugin will do just that since version 2.0.0. However, after test driving the plugin, it isn’t. Should it be?

Also, the plugin is working for already extant featured images, but no others. Which leads me to think that it should indeed be working on other images already embedded…

Anyway, could you shed some light on this?

    Many thanks,
    AJ

    Hi AJ,

As of right now, the plugin will only add srcset attributes to images that were added to content after the plugin was activated. All featured images will have srcset attributes applied, no matter when they were added.

For existing pages like the first link you provided, you can update each image by changing the size from within the editor do a different size and then changing it back.
