Only working in incognito

The iframe opens if you click the book now button on the left half of the screen (blue dot with surfer icon)

It seems different to me. works on chrome always and not at firefox at all.
Firefox throws a security error. Chrome not.

This has nothing to do with the iframe in my opinion. You have something in app.7580d1ade310f5471968.js which is causing a problem in Firefox. So you need to contact the developer of your webpage/theme…
