Only want to backup content

    Hi,

    The content is stored in the Database, and the Media files are stored in the Uploads backup.

    I would recommend taking a full backup (to be safe), then restoring the Database and Uploads. If you are only changing the Plugins, then you can restore everything except ‘Plugins’ from the backup
