Only visible to admin

Hi! I have two issues:

1. I can only view the ads as an admin. As soon as I am logged out they are not visible anymore. Can you give me guidance on how to resolve this issue? Maybe I missed a setting but I cannot figure out where. In the example (link) there should be an ad between “Description” and “Listing Features” as well as in the sidebar between “Location/Contacts” and “Listing tags”.

2. I used (in backend as admin as I can only view ads there) two ad blocers. The good thing is: as the dummy banners have unusual sizes they are not bloced. But bad thing is: they should rotate and due to the blocers there is no rotation, only one banner is displayed. Can you give me an advice as to how have them rotate even with ad blocs activated?
