Only visible in when logged into admin

The Yith additional uploads button is visible when I’m logged into admin but not when I’m logged out and viewing the cart.
If I right click and inspect element the code isn’t there, but if I’m logged into admin it’s there and so is the code.
Weird. Doing my head in.

I have two red buttons one is for the Yith (not visible) it should be just above the text that says (If your artwork is ready to go, awesome.
All artwork is subject to our approval before the production starts.)
and the other is a request design button (visible).
