Only vibrates once when iphone is on silent

  • When I have my iphone on silent, I only get one vibrate from tawk to.
    Is there a way to make it vibrate for 25 seconds? Otherwise it feels like I just got an email and generally I do not take my phone out of my pocket every time and email comes it.
