Only uses the right side of the page

Hi there,
It is because of the page layout: header text on the left, content area on the right.
(it is a similar layout to https://kairoslife.co.za/about-us/)

In https://kairoslife.co.za/, the header text is empty, so you couldn’t see it.
But it leaves a blank space on the left.
