Only users with Admin privileges can log into site

  • This is a new problem when it started I’m not sure.
    I figured it might be a database issue so I created a stand alone account for testing purposes, when trying to login with any setting besides Admin the user is returned to the main page.

    I uploaded a clean copy of WordPress, disabled all plugins… stumped I am.
