Only this month’s posts on front page, previous remaining in relevant archive?

  • Hello there,
    I want to display ONLY the current month’s posts on the front page, BUT keep both current month’s posts and all previous month’s posts in their relevant archive folders linked to from the sidebar (I will have a ‘sticky’ post at the top of front page directing users to archive to browse through posts). I found some assistance on this forum for showing only current month on front page but this example was so that the rest of the posts disappeared…so how do I keep them all in the right place in the archive?
