• After purchasing the $169 pro package for importing and exporting, during my testing I found that I’d have to purchase “more” plugins in order to complete the import process.
    ONLY the most expensive package does what all their advertising states. The other software is minimally useful.

  • Hi @nosirrag

    I’m checking out the site now, but don’t see any “Pro” plan or plan priced at $169. https://www.wpallimport.com/order-now/

    I do see an Elite Bundle for $199, which comes with all available addons, so no further purchases should be required if that’s what you got.

    It looks like:
    Standard Package – Handles everything except WooCommerce & Users import/export.
    WooCommerce Package – Adds on support for WooCommerce
    Elite Package – Access to all available addons

    To me, their pricing table clearly explains what features each plan has to offer.

    Hope you got what you needed accomplished with this!

    You need to look at all 3 packages that area available. The $169 includes the import stand-alone and the export-stand alone, but in the page where you find them together – https://www.wpallimport.com/order-now/wp-all-export/ – there is nothing to indicate that you need “something else” to import a CSV. And, if you read further you’ll find (on the page you referenced) that the $199 packaged DOES NOT include the export feature. When you go to the page I’ve referenced here you’ll see a $249 package that includes everything.
    Trust me. I’ve learned the hard way that they do not document their products in a way that you “know” what you’re getting until you attempt to use the software.
    And yes. I accomplished what I needed – buy purchasing the WooCommerce Product CSV Import Suite – https://woocommerce.com/products/product-csv-import-suite/
    Better yet, the new WooCommerce version 3.1 INCLUDES the import / export features.
    So WPAllImport is of no value now.

    @nosirrag

    I’m with you ??

    It’s absolutely useless for pro’s
